I have been asked if Robot Studio and the Paint Power Pack can simulate the actual paint overlap and coverage areas. Production is having some problems with striping effects and since the robotic paint process is new in our facility, we are unsure if this is possible.

What we have in PPP is described in Chap 5.7 Creat Brush Specification. There is no automatic correlation between your real-world brush and this specification, they have to be tuned to match. And, unfortunately, the PPP brush leaves no trace of the width of the spray pattern applied.
