Hi,

I am trying to build my own system under the system builder with FC machining application. However, whenever i tried to open the machining powerpac there is this System1 error message.

System1: Unable to read all controller information
Some function may not work correctly.

As a result, I am not able to choose the FC processes under in the solution wizard.

I had tried to do the same steps with other computer and I did not face this problem at all.

I am suspecting it is the software problem so i had reinstall all softwares, including Robotware, Robotstudio 5.11.02 and Power Pacs machining but still encounter the same problem with this computer.

Hi,

i also have this problem. First i thought it was because i was using RobotStudio 5.12.03 on Windows 7 64bits. Then i installed 5.13 version with the Patch and the problem still exists.
Do you have any solution to this problem?

regards
Barbosa
